Hello everyone!!

So, this is me, Tati, writing the trip summary again. I enjoy doing it and I hope you have a good time reading it too.

Well, what better to say than OH MY LIFE! About marrying Abram? He is just the MOST ADORABLE person in the world! As many of you know, he was my first boyfriend and I was his first girlfriend, so, to me, there is no doubt that God made me just for him. For years I have asked God to give me a boyfriend and He certainly gave the most perfect one to me. To be apart now is very hard, but I know that soon we will be together forever.   =)

So, lets go to the trip...

First lets talk a bit about the ANIVEMENTO (Portuguese word that I created for aniversário (birthday) + casamento (wedding)) ... YEAHHHHH!!! Aug/30 is my birthday and it was so great having our wedding on my birthday. So, after the soooo nice time seeing Abram again in the airport and spending a day with him, we were ready for the wedding at the register office. My family was there and it was really cool. They said something like: ‘may the love you have for each other be bigger than the distance between you now’...cool uh??!?!?! (by the way, thanks to Musselli and Alexandre for helping with applying for the wedding) After the ceremony, we went to a restaurant near the office called ‘Jaboticabeiras” ... Abram, can you say it now??? Hehehe there, we had a typical Brazilian food called ‘feijoada’, basically black beans with parts of the pork, years and years ago the slaves would make something like that with the parts left by their ‘bosses’ and it is reallllyyyyyyyy yummyyyyy!!!

Then, that night, we went to the reception party where we met my friends, some people that I had not seen in so long! So coollllll ... by the way, thanks to everyone who helped (specially to my sister Vanessa, my sister in law Regiane, my friends Deliane, Elias, Sr. Koury, Catota, Dany – specially for the wonderful flowers she gave me! and everyone else for helping with the party and with everything else and to Dumont for making us a nice banner and Daniel for the karaoke) .... also thanks to everyone who went to the party for making it sooo cool!

Then, on the next day, we flew to Rio de Janeiro. That was .... B E A U tiful there! The scenes are amazing!

Have you seen the statue of Christ the Redeemer on TV or something? To all my friends in Brazil who have not been there ... GO! It is just wonderful ... to the ones abroad...come here to see it! It is worth it! Also, the Sugar Loaf is very cool and Yeahhh, even though I was a bit scared of being inside that cable car, I did it! Hehehe and that was very cool too! I know that I say cool all the time, but...what can I do if things are really cool?!?!?! Hehehe

We stayed in a very nice and elegant hotel .... Pestana ....and ... ahhaahhaha the breakfast was one of the great times hahahaha

Well, also we went to the consulate to apply for my visa and hopefully we will have a positive answer soon. Ahhhh one thing I really liked was Saint Sebastian Cathedral, awesome!

What else did we do? Ahhhh we went to a few places in São Paulo, such as Abril Theatre, to see the Broadway musical of Disney's The Beauty and the Beast (A Bela e a Fera in Portuguese), it was AMAZING! Also....we went to Sé Cathedral, that after being rebuilt looks wonderful.

Well friends, I will not make it too long so, check on the pictures and if you want too, there are a few websites you may like about the trip. Ahhh, almost forgot about Hopi Hari, the amusement park with its ‘horror time’...yeah, I did it! Hehehe and so cool, Abram and I did skycoaster!!!! Hehehehe who hoooooooooo

Well, again, I want to thank everyone for everything, my family, Abram’s family, Abram, friends, people from work, from the register office, from the Big House where we had the party, from the hotel, from everywhere we went to in Rio and in São Paulo for making the few days we had together sooooo cool .... and thanks to Guilherme for driving us to and from the airport all those times!

Special thanks 1 to: God and Jesus, of course, for everyone and everything!
Special thanks 2 to: My family and Dunga, for being my family and our dog!
Special thanks 3 to: Abram’s family, for being my family now and for bringing to life this wonderful person: My puppy!
Special thanks 4 to: Alexandre (from church)
Special thanks 5 to: Carlos, for being the official translator at the YES time
Special thanks 6 to: That crazy stork that was drunk when I was born and left me so far away from where Abram was born, so that I can have all these people and places as part of my life!
Special thanks 7 to: To the ones who created the internet, ICQ, and the airplane, Mr. Santos Dumont, sorry folks from the US, it was not the Wright brothers!!!!   =D
